Read-only access
We only use your investor (read-only) password. This is a fundamental security measure — the investor password is specifically designed by MetaQuotes (the creators of MT4/MT5) to allow viewing of account data without any ability to trade, modify orders, or withdraw funds. It is physically impossible to place trades using an investor password.
Data encryption
All sensitive data, including your account credentials, is encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods. Your passwords are never stored in plain text. All data transmission between your browser and our servers is protected with TLS/SSL encryption.
Infrastructure security
Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with multiple layers of protection. We regularly update and patch all systems, monitor for suspicious activity, and follow security best practices to keep your data safe.
What we can and cannot do
