What to include in your support request

- •A clear description of the issue or question.
- •Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable).
- •Screenshots if relevant.
- •Your broker name and MT4/MT5 account number (do NOT share passwords).
Never share passwords
Our support team will never ask for your trading password (master or investor). Do not share your passwords with anyone claiming to be from traders.bio support.
