By accessing or using Traders.bio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

Traders.bio is a trading analytics and verification platform that connects to MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 accounts to provide:

• Real-time balance, equity, and drawdown tracking
• Trade history synchronization and analysis
• Public profile pages for sharing verified performance
• Performance statistics and equity charts

Important: We use read-only investor passwords exclusively. Traders.bio cannot execute trades, modify positions, or access master passwords on your behalf.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Have legitimate access to the trading accounts you connect

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or falsify trading data
• Connect accounts that you do not own or have authorization to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

5. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Trading credentials are securely encrypted and are only used for read-only data synchronization. We implement strict access controls ensuring you can only access your own data.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. Statistics displayed are for informational purposes only.

7. Account Connection & Security

By connecting your trading account to Traders.bio, you acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own discretion and risk. While we implement robust security measures and follow industry best practices to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We are committed to protecting your data and continuously improve our security practices. However, you understand that:

• Connecting your account is your voluntary choice
• You are responsible for the security of your own devices and credentials
• No online service can guarantee 100% protection against all potential threats
• In the unlikely event of a security incident beyond our reasonable control, we cannot be held liable for resulting damages

We strongly recommend using unique investor passwords for Traders.bio and regularly monitoring your connected accounts. If you have concerns about security, you may disconnect your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traders.bio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

You expressly agree that Traders.bio shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from:

• Your decision to connect your trading account to our Service
• Security breaches caused by factors outside our reasonable control
• Unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials
• Third-party actions, including broker or platform issues
• Any trading decisions made based on data displayed on the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. By using the Service, you agree to waive any claims against Traders.bio related to the matters described above.

9. Subscription & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
